PINTURAS ISAVAL  obtains the RHONATHERM SYSTEM ENVIRONMENTAL DECLARATION (TYPE III LABELLING) verified by SGS Tecnos, SA.

The environmental declaration of the Rhonatherm thermal insulation system (hereinafter, EPD) allows the presentation of quantified environmental information on the life cycle of the system, to allow comparison between products that fulfil the same function, according to the UNE-EN ISO 14.025 Standard.

The main objectives of EPD Rhonatherm are as follows:

• To provide information based on the Life Cycle Analysis and additional information on the environmental aspects of the products that make up a ETICS.
• To help buyers and users make informed comparisons between systems with the same characteristics.
• To promote the improvement of environmental performance.
• To provide information to assess the environmental impacts of products throughout their life cycle.

The previous life cycle analysis carried out on the Rhonatherm System (LCA) deals with the potential environmental aspects and impacts throughout the life cycle of the system, from the acquisition of raw materials, through production, use, final treatment, recycling, etc. to final disposal. That is to say, from the cradle to the grave.

The Rhonatherm System Product Environmental Declaration is essential in BREEAM, LEED and GREEN building certifications.
